When you focus on 'dieting' (i.e. a strict calorie regime) you may lose weight but very often end up putting all the weight back on. Furthermore, this approach to losing weight is stressful. To put it bluntly, dieting doesn't work and I therefore don't offer this type of dieting program.
The reason dieting often fails is because dieting implies a temporary phase of either cutting down on calories or eating far less than is actually good for your body.
Besides, it actually causes your body to store more fat. You then experience those uncomfortable cravings, feeling deprived, mood-swings and a sense of failure when your willpower outs. It isn't a sustainable option.
Achieving the weight loss you desire is a lifestyle change that does away with all the struggle that has come before.

We'll work together with a forward looking plan for what you want to achieve and how you will get there. This is a bespoke plan for your personal needs and realistic achievement.
Alongside hypnosis I may include EFT Tapping. Some of my clients enjoy EFT, others prefer hypnosis or a combination of both. It's something we discuss and decide together to help you get the most from your sessions.
I recommend an initial three sessions. Depending upon your specific goals, you may require further sessions but this way you're not booking more sessions than you actually need.
