Breathe in deeply through the nose and as you breathe out, make that out breath twice as long as the in breath. Repeat the breaths five times and notice how much calmer you feel and how great it is to breathe free.

Drinking water will help flush out the toxins from your body that accumulate from all those deadly chemicals you’ve been inhaling. Smoking dehydrates the body making you feel tired and lethargic. Drinking water can act as a powerful replacement for those times when before you would have put a cigarette in your mouth.
