I understand that for some people making an appointment may seem like a leap of faith and it is perfectly natural sometimes to question your decision. Therefore please know that you are in safe hands, you will be put at ease and any concerns you may have will be addressed upon your arrival. You may also contact me in advance if you would like any questions answered beforehand.
A deposit for your appointment is required, or you may choose to pay in full. Following booking your appointment an email will be sent with payment options and upon receipt your appointment will be confirmed.
When you work with me, I always aim to make a difference as quickly as possible to the issue you are wishing to work on and to helping you resolve your issue in the fastest time. Therapy is very much a two-way thing and you may be asked to do follow-up exercises between sessions, such as relaxation practise for example. This will speed up your results.

Your appointments and well-being are very important and, I know your time is valuable, and mine is too. I understand that sometimes, situations change and adjustments need to be made. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee equal to 30% of the reserved service or £30, whichever is more.
If you are running late, please let me know, if it is safe to do so. In the event of later than ten minutes I may not be able to accommodate your appointment or, the duration of your session may have to be cut short. In the event that I am unable to accommodate your appointment, the cancellation fee will apply.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment and any cancellation fee will be automatically applied. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
In the event that you cancel your appointment, and providing the required 24 hours notice has been given, your payment will either be applied to a future appointment or returned in full.
