Online appointments: are an easy and convenient way to take your session. There's no need to be concerned about travel or parking, making it more likely that a session can fit better into your schedule, and in case you are wondering, hypnosis is just as effective when sessions are taken this way. Online sessions are held via Zoom or Skype.
In-person appointments: are also currently available according to covid-19 policy guidelines. You are asked to be aware if you or anyone you have been in contact with has had symptoms and if so, you will be required to postpone your appointment. You are not required to wear a face covering to your session however I will be following social distancing protocols during your visit.
Payment for your session: To secure your appointment a 50% deposit is required or you may choose to pay in full in advance. Following the booking your your first session, an email will be sent with payment options, either bank transfer or PayPal. If paying by PayPal there will be an additional small fee. Upon receipt of payment your appointment will be confirmed by email. A digital letter-headed receipt can be issued upon request.

Sometimes, unforeseen events happen and situations change and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If so, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Please notify me by telephone call or text. If you notify me by email do not assume that I have received it. Your appointment cancellation is only effective once you have had confirmation from me.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible and be aware that the duration of your session will remain within the allotted session time.
As a deposit is required to secure your appointment, any cancellation fee will be automatically applied. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
In the event that you cancel your appointment, and providing the required 24 hours notice has been given, your payment will either be applied to a future appointment or returned in full.
Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur the full appointment or deposit fee.
All being well things will run smoothly and providing you keep me informed with any cancellation or lateness none of the above will be necessary. Thank you for your attention to this cancellation policy.
