- You will learn the basic EFT or "Tapping" technique.
- You will tap for some of the common areas that keep us stuck when desiring to lose weight.
- The emotional aspects that keep you stuck with weight loss will be explained.
- You will shift your understanding about dieting.
- You will have the option to enroll for upcoming EFT Class / Sessions.
EFT tapping has been scientifically proven as an effective method for change in not only weight issues, but many other issues, particularly those that are stress related - and weight causes a lot of stress. EFT leaves you feeling calmer about your body and your self-image.
The great thing about group classes is that people commonly have the same or similar issues around eating, from an emotional perspective, and there is something magical that can come from a group experience. There is always an option to arrange 1-1 sessions with me if you have something to discuss or work through that you would rather keep private.
I am hugely excited to be offering this Introduction Session and subsequent classes. I have a lot of experience in providing group sessions and it's one of my favourite ways when working with people because they provide so much more than you can imagine at the outset.
