About this course

This course has provided you with many tools for managing stressful events in your life and you now know much more about stress than most people.  

However, there are times when a little extra help and support is required. That’s where a complimentary 30-minute "Support Session" can be invaluable. 

Here’s an opportunity for you to identify what is creating stress in your life, where you need additional support and gain clarity on how to move forward. 

So, ask yourself, do you desire to take back control of your life, regain balance and get back on track? Do you need help with relationships, to improve your health and wellbeing, or to balance family and work life, just to mention a few? 

This 30 minute (no-cost) session is for you if:

  • You feel stressed and overwhelmed with work or life or both. 
  • You're stressed because you're not reaching your goals and achieving what   you want for yourself.
  • You frequently experience ‘brain fog’ and have difficulty regaining focus.
  • You have lost clarity, meaning a purpose in life.
  • You feel uncertainty and loss of control in your life. 
  • You are burnt out and have lost your zest for the things you once enjoyed.
  • You often feel a fraud - also known as "Imposter Syndrome."
  • You procrastinate more than you know is normal for you.
  • You feel stuck and struggle with making decisions.
  • You want to have more control of outcomes.
  • You are ready to entertain new and fresh ideas.

In this session we'll also discuss your options for moving forward, how I can support you in attaining your goals and establish whether we are a right fit working together.

I only have a couple of these free sessions available each week and once the slots are full there may be a wait for the next available session. Plus I cannot say that I will always offer this so you may come back and find it removed!
