It's only natural that when trying to lose weight all of your focus goes on the diet aspect and following a low calorie regime. It's all too easy to get just a little bit obsessed with food and what you can or cannot eat and it can make you feel miserable.

Dieting implies a phase of either cutting down on calories or eating far less than is actually good for your body and it's really hard to sustain this for very long.

Besides, it actually causes your body to store more fat.  You then experience those uncomfortable cravings, feeling deprived, mood-swings and a sense of failure when your willpower outs.  

Most people end up putting some or all of the weight they've lost back on again. When this scenario is repeated over and over, it's known as yo-yo dieting and can be very disheartening and also stressful.

Achieving the weight loss you desire is a lifestyle change that does away with all the struggle that has come before. Moreover, you let go of the struggle and obsession with weight and enjoy what you eat.

Hypnosis works with the subconscious part of your mind, which is the emotional centre of your brain. This is where deep learning, beliefs and new patterns of behaviour can be established to support you in achieving your goals. 

Hypnosis takes the pain and guilt out of weight loss and can make losing weight far easier than you could have imagined. It gently helps you regain control of your eating choices and re-educate your mind for permanent change while fitting it seamlessly into your lifestyle.

You will also gain a deeper understanding of your eating patterns and motivations assist you in changing behaviour at a core level.

When you work with me on your weight loss goal, we'll create a plan for what you want to achieve and how you will get there. This bespoke plan takes your personal needs into consideration for a realistic achievement.

Alongside hypnosis we may also use EFT Tapping. Some of my clients enjoy EFT, others prefer just hypnosis or a combination of both. This is something we discuss and that you decide upon to help you get the most from your sessions.

Depending upon your specific goals, you can choose the amount of support you need.  For some that might be a couple of weeks and others a few months. We'll talk about this at the initial session and reviewed along the way.
