An initial short chat allows you to tell me about your situation and what you'd like help with.  I can then let you know how I can best help you, plus it's an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.

It is not a consultation, therapy or coaching session. The purpose of this initial chat is to let me know what you need help with and allows us to see if we would be a good fit for working together. It's important that you are comfortable with your therapist or coach and that you are suitable for the sessions I offer. 

If following our chat you are ready to proceed, then we'll discuss options going forward including arranging your first consultation session and payment options. Having a chat with me does not obligate you to booking a session - some people like to explore their options first and I respect this.

This no-cost initial call lasts approximately 10-15 minutes and is usually by telephone but can also be by Zoom if you prefer.

Please Note: that I only provide sessions Online (via Zoom or telephone) and for adults 18 years of age and over.

  1. A brief summary of what you would like help with.
  2. The best time or times to be contacted. (Please remember to include this as many people overlook including it). 
  3. Anything else you think is relevant for me to know.

Once I have received your message, I will reply by email with a suggested call time(s). I will usually reply to you within the same day or the following day, during week days and within my business hours. If you message me late on Friday it might be Monday before you get a reply. If you do not hear from me after 36 hours (weekends excluded) please check your spam folder first then resend your message or call the number at the top of this page. 

Business Hours for  Online Sessions:

Mon, Weds, Thurs: 1100 hours to 1700 hours
Friday: 1200 hours to 1600 hours
(These times indicate the first and last available booking times).

Please not: I am no longer offering face-to-face sessions.
