A consultation allows me to learn more about your situation and how I can best help you and is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

It is not a therapy or coaching session but it allows us to see if we would be a good fit for working together. It's important that you are comfortable with your therapist or coach and that you are suitable for the sessions I offer. 

If following our chat you are ready to proceed, then we will discuss options going forward including arranging your first session and payment options. Having a chat with me does not obligate you to booking a session - some people like to explore their options first and I respect this.

This no-cost initial consultation lasts approximately 20-30 minutes and is either via telephone, Skype or Zoom.

  1. A brief summary of what you would like help with.
  2. The best time or times to be contacted. 
  3. Anything else you think is relevant for me to know.

Once I have received your message, I will reply by email with a suggested call time(s). I will usually reply to you within the same day or the following day, during week days and within my business hours. If you message me late on Friday it might be Monday before you get a reply. If you do not hear from me after 48 hours please check your spam folder first then resend your message or call the number at the top of this page. 

Business Hours for in-person sessions and online sessions:

Mon - Weds: 1200 hours to 1700 hours
Thursday: 1200 hours to 1830 hours
Friday: 1200 hours to 1600 hours
These times indicate the first and last available booking times.

Please note that whenever covid restrictions are in force, face-to-face sessions will not be available.
